RPA and Workflow Automation consulting and business process planning

RPA & Workflow Automation

RPA & workflow automation.
Built for dependable operations.

RPA and workflow automation should make daily work more reliable. MetaDynamic designs Power Automate and UiPath solutions around stable processes, clear exceptions and accountable support.

The business case

Choose the right automation for the work.

Use supported connectors and APIs where they fit the process. Desktop RPA can help with applications that require interface interaction, while workflows coordinate approvals and handoffs across systems.

We assess the rules, input quality and application dependencies before building. The design includes duplicate prevention, exception queues and recovery so a failed step does not become an invisible business problem.

Automation with an exception path
  1. Receive and validate
  2. Run the agreed rules
  3. Complete the transaction
  4. Reconcile and monitor

Frequently asked questions

What to consider before you start.

What does RPA mean?

RPA stands for robotic process automation. It automates suitable software interactions; it is separate from physical industrial robotics.

Do you use Power Automate or UiPath?

The platform is selected around your applications, existing investment, operating model and support requirements. The process need comes before the tool.

Should every process use desktop automation?

No. Supported connectors or APIs may be more suitable. Desktop automation is assessed where the interface interaction is necessary and maintainable.

What happens when a transaction fails?

The workflow should record the outcome, prevent unsafe retries or duplicates and route the exception to an owner. Recovery is part of the design and testing.

Are unattended bots included in a standard licence?

Licensing depends on the product, execution model, capacity and connectors. We review the relevant requirements when defining the solution; implementation does not include licences unless agreed.

Can you support automations already in production?

Yes. We can assess reliability, credentials, environment dependencies and documentation before agreeing a support or improvement scope.
