Extend ERP with the Microsoft services that support your business case. Integration design still matters: data ownership, identity, latency and recovery must be explicit.

Your questions, answered
Microsoft Dynamics 365 includes business applications for finance, supply chain, commerce and human resources. Business Central provides an integrated business management option for small and midsize organisations. The right combination depends on your processes, scale and operating model.
Agentic ERP uses AI agents to carry out defined tasks within business processes. It combines business context, permitted actions and oversight. It does not mean every ERP decision should be autonomous: permissions, exception handling, review and monitoring remain part of the design.
Assess process complexity, legal entities, production and logistics requirements, reporting, integrations and the future operating model. Business Central often fits small and midsize organisations; Finance and Supply Chain Management address more complex enterprise needs. A fit assessment should precede a licensing decision.
Do not assume every capability is included. Availability, prerequisites, capacity and commercial terms differ by product, environment, geography and feature. Some agents are preview capabilities, and some use consumption-based capacity. Confirm the current Microsoft licensing and deployment requirements for your selected scenario.
We assess the systems, data owners, supported connectors and interfaces before defining an integration approach. The plan covers identity, validation, latency, monitoring and recovery. Existing systems do not need to be replaced solely to introduce a new ERP capability.
Scope, process complexity, data quality, integrations, rollout locations and user readiness determine the plan. Start with an assessment that produces phased deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities and a cost range. Dates and commitments are agreed for the specific programme rather than promised as a universal package.
