Export invoice templates
Print templates for export invoices, shaped around the required layout and the information available in Infor LN.
Focus: commercial document presentation.
Export invoices, packing slips and shipping bills serve different teams, but depend on consistent business information. MetaDynamic delivered an Infor LN–based export documentation solution for ELGI Equipments.

Export documentation sits between commercial information, physical packing and shipment preparation. Each output needs to reflect the requirements of the department that uses it.
ELGI’s requirement covered three specific deliverables: export invoice print templates, packing-slip entry and printing, and shipping-bill entry and printing, using available Infor LN data.
The project centred on document preparation within the existing ERP environment. Department requirements and available business data defined the scope of the forms and print layouts.
Practical Infor LN customisation turned a defined operational requirement into usable documentation outputs.
The implementation addressed each document as its own deliverable, with forms or templates suited to its business purpose.

The solution brought three export-document requirements into an Infor LN–based implementation. This diagram summarises the scope rather than depicting a separate software product.
Shipping-bill preparation and printing are distinct from electronic customs submission; this case study does not claim a customs-filing integration.
ERP document work succeeds when the information, format and operational purpose are considered together. The engagement was defined around ELGI’s requirements and its Infor LN environment.

Forms and outputs depended on the information available from Infor LN.
The engagement combined implementation of the defined outputs with support for the agreed scope.
ELGI’s completed engagement covered export invoice templates and entry-and-print functionality for packing slips and shipping bills.
For manufacturers considering similar work, the starting point is specific: identify the document, agree the required information and connect the output to the available ERP data.

A new engagement begins with your sample documents, required fields and business process. Scope is agreed after checking the available ERP data and the changes needed.
No. Preparing and printing a document does not by itself provide an electronic customs-filing connection. Any submission integration needs a separate assessment and agreed scope.
Bring your Infor LN version, sample documents, a description of the current preparation process and the outputs you need. Remove confidential customer and commercial information from samples shared for an initial enquiry.
