Better task briefs
Write clear prompts with approved context, useful formats and explicit limits.
Corporate learning / MetaDynamic
Help your teams use AI with purpose. Create useful business outputs, check the evidence and plan a controlled first pilot in a practical two-day programme.
For managers, department heads and business teams.

Real business tasks. Guided practice. Reviewed outputs.
Practical outcomes
Start with work your teams already do: reports, meetings, spreadsheets and customer communication. Each exercise turns a business question into an output that can be reviewed.
Write clear prompts with approved context, useful formats and explicit limits.
Check calculations, source references and missing information before using an answer.
Define the process, owner, access controls and measures for a small initial rollout.
Six connected modules
The programme combines explanation, demonstration and guided practice. Tool selection follows your organisation’s approved environment.
Understand AI, machine learning and generative AI. Practise task specification, examples and prompt improvement.
Draft emails and SOPs, extract meeting actions and map automation with human review.
Inspect spreadsheet coverage and units. Produce checked calculations, charts and sourced research.
Build concise decision briefs and presentations, then practise explaining the evidence.
Explore knowledge assistants, retrieval, ERP integration requirements and controlled pilots.
Complete six business exercises with acceptance checks, feedback and an adoption plan.
The two-day agenda
Fourteen learning hours exclude lunch and breaks. Dates, delivery mode and session timing are agreed during workshop planning.
Learning by doing
Exercises use sample or approved anonymised information. Participants review the results against the source before presenting their conclusions.
Compare two prompt versions against the same source and document what improved.
Extract tasks, owners and deadlines while preserving unresolved questions.
Build a chart with verified calculations, correct units and clear sample-data labels.
Create a concise brief with dated references, assumptions and information gaps.
Prepare three editable slides and deliver a two-minute business briefing.
Define a bounded use case with an owner, controls and measurable acceptance criteria.

Workshop planning
Led by Dr. Kannan Ramasamy, the programme connects AI concepts with enterprise systems, manufacturing operations and everyday business work.
After the workshop
The closing session helps participants outline a 30-day plan. Any implementation or ongoing support is scoped separately.
Your questions
Managers, department heads and business teams in operations, quality, sales, finance, HR and leadership. The exercises start with everyday documents and spreadsheets.
No coding is required for the core workshop. Participants should be comfortable with a browser, documents and basic spreadsheets. Technical implementation can be scoped separately.
The programme contains fourteen learning hours across two days, excluding lunch and breaks. Session timing and delivery mode are agreed with your organisation.
The workshop uses tools approved by your organisation. Access, licensing and data-handling requirements are checked before delivery. The learning methods are designed to transfer across suitable tools.
Use approved anonymised or sample data for the exercises. Any use of internal documents must follow your organisation’s access, confidentiality and data-handling rules.
Participants develop prompt examples, a meeting action register, an analysis chart, a sourced brief, leadership slides and an AI pilot proposal. The closing session sets out a proposed 30-day adoption plan.
